At Vymistar, your satisfaction is at the heart of our approach. If something doesn't suit you, we're here to help.

📦 Return Period You have 90 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us, without having to provide justification.

💡 Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging is recommended but not required.
• Please contact us before any return to obtain instructions appropriate for your order.

💸 Return Costs

• If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return costs.
• If you simply change your mind, return costs are your responsibility.

✅ Refund

• Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a full refund of your order (product + initial shipping costs), via the payment method used.
• The refund is processed within a maximum of 7 business days after receipt of the return.
